Registration forms for the 5th Annual Karen 4 A Kause 5K Fun Run/Walk and Children's Mad Dash Against Cancer are now available to download and print! We've also added a 1 Mile Walk to this year's event as well! Click on the link above to access the form! One form must be filled-out for each participant, including the Children's Mad Dash, even though it is a FREE Event!

5th Annual Karen For A Kause 5K Fun Run/Walk and Children's Mad Dash
Against Cancer on Saturday, May 8th, 2010
When: Saturday, May 8th
Where: Frontier Park in St. Charles
The 5K Fun Run/Walk will begin at 9:30am.
The 1 Mile Walk will begin at 9:40am.
The Children's Mad Dash Against Cancer will begin at 10:45am.
